Madrid (Spain). We make good quality wines, that are interesting, complex, organic, healthy and natural. We don’t use pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or any other harmful chemicals in our vineyards. Nor do we use chemicals in our winery. There were speakers from the WWF (photo), the Spanish Ministry of Environment, and a winemaker from Sevilla (Colonias de Galeón) who uses said certified corks. After the speeches we tasted his OCNOS 2009, 100% Chardonnay, slightly oaked (but not too much). Also a white Bermejo, from Lanzarote (Canary Islands).
